On July 12, Zou Dateng, former director of the National Science and Technology Awards Office, and his entourage visited the company for investigation and guidance accompanied by Li Ning, County Head of Xinchang County, and other leaders. 2017

Following the completion of the shareholding reform, "Zhejiang Dende Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." was changed to "Zhejiang Dende Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.". On February 8, 2017, Li Ning, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Head, Yang Neng, Deputy Director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee, and other leaders, accompanied by Liang Xiaoping, Secretary of the Ru'ao Town Party Committee, Qiu Xuejun, Town Head, and Wu Canjun, Deputy Town Head, visited the company to investigate and understand the company's Spring Festival resumption of work and business development. On March 6th, Dende's corporate culture festival launch ceremony and Tianmu Mountain activity kicked off between the company and Tianmu Mountain. On June 30th, the second annual company sports meeting "Who is the King of Ball" basketball match opened, and a Mid-Autumn Festival Gala themed "Dende My Home" was successfully held.

2015

On October 31, the company's first employee sports meet was held at Ru'ao Middle School. On January 15th, the company successfully passed the national level-two safety production standardization on-site acceptance. During this period, all hardware transformation work for comprehensive environmental governance was completed. In October, the annual production of 18 million hormone creams workshop renovation project, which started construction, was fully completed. The company's informatization construction and safety management platform construction were officially launched, and the OA office system went online. The company was awarded the "Zhejiang Province Outstanding Contribution Enterprise" by the Provincial SME Association.

During 2011-2012

On October 29th, the company's new integrated preparation building passed the completion acceptance inspection. On December 17th, 2012, the company successfully passed the new GMP certification. "Nao Sai An Capsules", a new Chinese medicine, was included in the National Torch Plan Project (industrialization demonstration project), and the company paid over 5 million yuan in taxes.

2010

On August 10, donated 200,000 yuan worth of medicine to the Zhouqu earthquake disaster area through the county Red Cross Society. On December 10, the new dosage form of terbinafine hydrochloride gel was approved with the national drug approval number H20103741.

2009

In August, construction began on a new 7,000-square-meter integrated preparation building. The lawn and trees at the original entrance were transplanted, and the parking shed and cafeteria were demolished. The new cafeteria relocated to the original marketing center and officially opened on November 26. The original marketing center and driver's office, etc., moved to offices renovated in the dormitory building.

2008

The company implemented a five-day work week, the "De'en De" trademark was recognized as a well-known Chinese trademark, the clean production audit passed the provincial acceptance, and Shanghai Nuo Te Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in April. After the earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan, the company donated medicines worth 1.02 million yuan to the disaster area, and company employees donated more than 16,000 yuan.

During 2005-2007

The company's national "Tenth Five-Year Plan" major scientific and technological project, the 863 project "Innovative Drugs and Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine" topic "Development of Online Soft Measurement Technology for Tripterygium wilfordii Glycoside Detection" successfully passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology; "Preparation method of Tripterygium wilfordii crude extract" and "Preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine capsules for treating ischemic stroke" obtained the "invention patent certificate" from the State Intellectual Property Office; it was rated as a "Demonstration Enterprise of Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industry (Zhejiang) Base" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and was appraised as a "2007 National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise" by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

2004

On May 14, the national "Tenth Five-Year Plan" key project undertaken by the company, the standardized planting base of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f., successfully passed the acceptance, and the "De'en De" trademark was awarded the "Famous Trademark of Zhejiang Province". On the same day, Xi Jinping, then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, met with Jin Zhanghong, chairman of the board of the company, and other representatives of Zhejiang entrepreneurs investing and starting businesses in Sichuan at the Jinniu Hotel Club in Sichuan.

2003

On June 22, the ointment, cephalosporin, and plant extraction workshops passed the GMP certification of the SFDA. This marks the completion of GMP certification for all dosage forms, making the company the first pharmaceutical enterprise in Shaoxing to obtain overall GMP certification. During this period, the new Chinese medicine, Nao Sai An Capsules, was listed as a national key new product by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the company was named a "Zhejiang High-tech Enterprise" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The groundbreaking ceremony for Sichuan De'en De Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was grandly held on July 26 in Luxi Industrial Development Zone, Mianyang City.

2001

On January 1st, the company founded the Dende Employee School, using GMP certification as an opportunity to conduct GMP training and education to improve employee quality; in May 2001, the trial issue of "Dende News" met with a wide readership, marking a new step in corporate culture construction; on December 4th, the oral solid preparation workshop successfully passed the national GMP certification, which was the prelude to the "second entrepreneurship" in the history of Dende Company, marking the entry of the enterprise into a new development period.

2000

To adapt to the new market economy and in accordance with the requirements of the county Party committee and government and the town Party committee and government, the company successfully completed its transformation and established a limited liability company. The first shareholders' meeting was held on August 4th. During this period, the Shaoxing Natural Drug Resource Research and Development Center was established, and the renovation and relocation of the research center and central laboratory were completed. Construction of a new 2360m² plant extraction workshop was completed at the end of November; over 15 million yuan was invested in GMP renovations for the oral solid preparation workshop, traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop, warehouse, water system, and supporting public works.

1998

On August 24th, an unprecedented, historically significant flood occurred in the Yangtze River basin. The company donated 1 million yuan worth of medicine to the disaster-stricken areas, sending warmth to the people as they rebuild their homes. The "Leili" trademark was awarded as a famous trademark of Shaoxing City, and Leigongteng Polysaccharide Tablets were rated as a "high-quality pharmaceutical product" by the Provincial Medical Bureau and listed as a national (second-level) protected Chinese medicine variety by the Ministry of Health. The company successfully passed the provincial-level management demonstration enterprise acceptance.

1996

During January-February, Ofloxacin Ointment and Glipizide Capsules obtained national new drug certificates. The staff canteen (570㎡) started construction on August 29 (put into use on June 29, 1997), and the preparation and ointment workshops were renovated in September (passed acceptance by the Provincial Health Department, Provincial Pharmaceutical Administration, etc. on April 17-18, 1997).

1995

A GMP-compliant tablet workshop, renovated with an investment of 600,000 yuan, has been put into use, and has obtained approval numbers for three products, including indomethacin capsules.

1994

On August 8th, with the approval of the Provincial Medical Products Administration and the Provincial Health Department, Xinchang Second Pharmaceutical Factory was renamed "Zhejiang Dende Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." with the English abbreviation "DND". The "Youliteng Tablets" and "Leigongteng Multiglycoside Tablets" produced by the Second Pharmaceutical Factory were awarded as famous brand products of Xinchang County.

Between 1991 and 1994

Obtained approval numbers for 23 new drugs and general drugs, laying the foundation for normal production. During this period, construction of a 1800m² preparation building was started, and Lei Gong Teng polysacchride tablets won the Trustworthy Drug Award in the National Award-Winning Drug Clinical Application Reputation Evaluation Survey of the Chinese Medical Association and the "China Boyi Cup Gold Award" at the 92' Sino-Japanese Medical Science and Technology Expo. The company was named a "Provincial Key Backbone Enterprise" by the Provincial People's Government and a "National Medium-sized Enterprise" by the Provincial Township and Village Enterprise Bureau. Cooperation talks were held with ABC Company, Xingya Medical Products Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang University, and a letter of intent for the establishment of a joint venture was signed. In January 1993, the Sino-foreign joint venture "Shaoxing Jinli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." was established.

1991

On January 31, after passing the acceptance inspection by the Zhejiang Provincial Health Department and the Provincial Pharmaceutical Administration, the company was approved to be renamed "Xinchang Second Pharmaceutical Factory." From a 'hollow' to a 'solid' company, from capsule production to pharmaceutical manufacturing, Xinchang Hard Capsule Factory has been "transformed" into Xinchang Second Pharmaceutical Factory, marking the company's entry into the pharmaceutical industry. Its main product, Lei Gong Teng Duo Wu tablets, was awarded "Zhejiang Province High-Quality Product".

1990

On April 23rd, Tetracycline Capsules obtained the export drug certificate from the Provincial Health Department. On May 7th, Lei Gong Teng Polysaccharide passed the provincial-level new product appraisal. On July 19th, the Provincial Township and Village Enterprise Bureau approved the technical improvement project for the annual production of 300kg of Lei Gong Teng Polysaccharide. In October, Lei Gong Teng Polysaccharide and its tablets were awarded the Excellent New Product of Zhejiang Province in 1990, winning the "骏马奖" (Junma Award) for new and excellent products. Within the year, the animal house and hazardous materials warehouse were completed, and the preparation workshop expansion was finished.

1989

In January, a standard sample of Wilfordine was produced. In July, the Provincial Department of Health and the General Corporation of Medicine issued production and qualification licenses to pharmaceutical manufacturers. On October 16, Youliteng obtained its approval number, and with the approval of the county people's government, "Xin Chang Second Pharmaceutical Factory" was established.

1988

In October 1987, the company jointly developed a Lei Gong Teng polysaccharide product with the Institute of Dermatology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. After more than a year of small-scale and pilot tests, the product finally received its drug approval number on September 20, 1988. Due to limited conditions in establishing a pharmaceutical factory at that time, it was registered as "XinChang Pharmaceutical Factory RuAo Traditional Chinese Medicine Workshop." This created the prerequisites for the company to establish drug production and marked the first step towards mass production. During this period, the company was named a municipal civilized unit and an advanced municipal enterprise by the municipal people's government; and passed the comprehensive quality management acceptance.

1987

On January 6th, the county government approved the hanging of a "State-run" sign; In November, the Tianmu brand double-lock machine-made No. 0 capsules were rated as an excellent new product in the city. At this time, there were 665 production workers, with an annual capsule output of 786 million and a production value of 3.3981 million yuan, a profit of 360,000 yuan. Various economic indicators showed significant changes. Production transformed from a workshop style to semi-mechanical and semi-automated, and capsule product quality improved from original hand-assembly to machine assembly.

1986

On February 24th, the company was approved by the Provincial Medical Products Corporation as a designated manufacturer of hard capsules, and its gastric-soluble and enteric-soluble capsules received approval document numbers from the Provincial Health Department. On June 17th, the new factory was completed and put into production, passing the enterprise standardization rectification and level 3 metrology acceptance. On December 26th, a hard capsule research institute was established.

The company has fixed assets of 300,000 yuan and an annual output value of 530,000 yuan. It employs more than 150 people. Capsule production has initially developed into a semi-mechanized, intensive production process, product inspection has been gradually improved, and various management aspects have also shown some progress.

We have established the Tong Mozi workshop at the Ru Ao hydropower station and the Guan Yuan Miao Jiao Wan workshop.

On June 13th, the capsule product passed the inspection and approval of Zhejiang Provincial Health Department's Drug Inspection Institute, fully meeting provincial standards, and the factory was approved for mass production. By the end of 1969, it had an annual output of more than 40 million capsules, a small enterprise with 30 employees.

1967

Following the instructions of 'May 7th', Ru'ao Jiao丸factory was approved to resume operations on December 30th, using the district assembly hall for production.

Production was forced to halt due to the adverse consequences of national policies and the 'Great Leap Forward'.
