In the face of the epidemic, our company immediately established an epidemic prevention and control leading group headed by Chairman Jin Chunhui, composed of members of the management team. Specific responsibilities were assigned, and in strict accordance with the work deployment of the Ru'ao Town Government, a comprehensive investigation of all employees was conducted to understand their travel history. The "1+1+5" epidemic prevention and control responsibility was implemented, strictly enforcing the main responsibility for prevention and control, and meticulously implementing various prevention and control measures. Company department heads were organized and mobilized to conduct epidemic prevention knowledge publicity and education to employees through WeChat official accounts and WeChat groups.
In order to effectively reduce personnel gathering, block the spread of the epidemic, and better protect the health and safety of employees, the company strictly implemented the relevant requirements of the county government for resuming work. The company's epidemic prevention and control leading group actively carried out preparations for resuming work, formulated an "Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Plan," and communicated the measures and requirements to every system, department, and employee. A comprehensive health monitoring system was established, with all employees having their temperatures measured and health inquiries conducted every morning and evening, as well as when entering and leaving the factory area. Disinfection was carried out as required; employee shuttle buses were suspended; the public dining hall was closed; simplified meals and dispersed dining were adopted; and other highly stringent prevention and control measures were implemented. Emergency isolation rooms and centralized observation points were set up as required. Protective masks, protective clothing, protective glasses, disinfectants, infrared thermometers, disinfection pots, and sprayers, etc., were organized and implemented, with dedicated personnel for management.
On the eve of resuming work, Chairman Jin Chunhui, head of the epidemic prevention and control leading group, stated at the leading group meeting before the resumption of work acceptance that during this extraordinary period, various factors have hindered the company's production and sales operations. However, he expressed confidence that through the efforts of the Dende team, epidemic prevention and control and enterprise resumption of work could be achieved simultaneously. Epidemic prevention and control is the top priority of current work. We must attach great importance to it, continuously refine the prevention and control plan, effectively implement work measures, and accelerate the restoration of normal production and operation on the basis of safe and controllable epidemic prevention, ensuring that business is carried out as scheduled, customer interests are protected, and the company can smoothly weather this extraordinary period. In addition, Jin Chunhui also encouraged everyone, stating that the epidemic is a command, prevention and control is a responsibility, and Dende will surely work together to overcome the difficulties!
On the day of resuming work, Jin Chunhui personally visited and inspected each department, workshop, and safety production work. During the visits, he provided guidance to departments with lax prevention and control measures, urging department heads to approach their work with a high sense of responsibility and execution, strictly demanding themselves and their department employees, and strictly following superior requirements and company documents in their work, exercising extreme caution in epidemic prevention and control.
While doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, Jin Chunhui required the company to actively address the numerous difficulties in production and operation affected by the epidemic. Due to the extended holiday, some of our company's medicines have been in short supply in hospitals in some areas. Currently, on the day of resuming work, market information has been summarized, and our company's out-of-stock medicines in hospital channels have been delivered through expedited logistics, prioritizing the delivery of the most urgently needed medicines to hospitals.
Under the leadership of the company's epidemic prevention and control leading group headed by Jin Chunhui, various departments and workshops demonstrated their responsibility in epidemic prevention and control work. The unity and will of the Dende collective, through the joint efforts of all employees, while strictly implementing prevention and control measures, carried out normal production and operation activities.
